Enforcement and Modification of Existing Child Support and Child Custody Orders
- Enforcement: When a court order is not being followed you need a lawyer who will stand up for you in court. In matters of enforcement of custody, visitation or child support, call Jefferson Law Office, PLLC for guidance.
- Modification: Over time family needs change. As they do, court orders must sometimes be modified to better suit a family's current situation. At Jefferson Law Office, PLLC, we advocate for families seeking modification of court orders like those related to child support, custody, access and visitation. Under the Texas Family Code child visitation may be modified if there is a material and substantial change in circumstances. Child support can also be modified if the new child support amount would be at least either 20% or $100 per month different from the present court order.
If you need the assistance of experienced attorneys for a child support, custody or access/visitation matter, please contact Jefferson Law Office, PLLC for a consultation by calling 817-562-4099.
